Kibungan Rockies is probably the best destination for avid mountain climbers.  There’s no place like it in the Northern Philippines.  It is the only place that has all the unique breathtaking mountains, ranges, rivers, small plateaus and valleys with rice paddies itched on the rocky mountainsides and beautiful wild flora.
